Bird cages are man-sized pigeon lofts, which are set up specifically to attract the pigeons. They are used when a reasonable number of birds colonized the area in question.
The birds are lured into the bird cage with decoys and feed, caught and resettled. We use specially developed bird cages that comply with all animal protection legislation.
Here the focus is on the use of predatory birds. The predators (mostly peregrine falcons) are introduced into the area of operations and provide for natural hostilities.
